Normand has been making his marinated mushrooms for 21 years, selling them at Root 44 Produce Stand owned by Cynthia Dunne and Normand Tessier from 1982 to 2004. Since 2004 the product is produced in a Commercial Kitchen located at 604 School Street, Putnam Connecticut
Normand marinates button gourmet mushrooms in his special marinate. In 2009 he launched his new Hot Spicy Marinated Mushrooms using the same marinate ingredients and adding three hot spices to the recipe.
